Tiyawna was amazing, she helped me prep my home to make it show/sell worthy. Doing as she instructed my house had an amazing offer same day it was listed. She was amazing with negotiations through the entire process as I needed a rent back. Everything worked out so smooth, it was a pleasure working with her. She is very responsive, accessible, and gives great advice. She knows her stuff. I will definitely be using her in the future for the purchase of a new home!
